Our speaker is Officer Brett McLaughlin of the NYS University Police at U/Albany. His topics will cover personal safety, 911 calls and risk reduction.
If you are considering using a disappearance as a launching pad for your next mystery story then you’ll want to hear Officer Brett McLaughlin give authentic details about these important issues His talk will outline how to make 911 call and cover the real steps to take when someone’s life is at risk.
Learn the most important action or actions to take when you discover the child you left in the car for just a second is missing, or your elderly father stricken with Alzheimer’s has disappeared for hours, or your girl friend who went jogging this morning has not returned. Is it true that the first 48 hours are the most crucial?
Bring in your best mystery scenarios with all your questions on how to set up a valid and accurate depiction of the real thing. Why spend hours on Google researching various possible situations when you can ask an experienced authority.
Looking forward to seeing you all there.
